Neck Exercises

Introduction

The following exercises can help strengthen the muscles in your neck and help relieve neck pain. You don't need to do every exercise. Do the ones that help you the most.

Keep these things in mind:

  • Stop any exercise that increases pain.
  • Do each exercise slowly.
