Conditions and Treatments

The primary goal of Health and Nutrition Education is teaching you to make informed, intelligent choices about your diet. Our dietitians and nutritionists work with you to set realistic goals for gradual weight loss and sustained maintenance.

Nutrition is the root of good health, and our staff can teach you how to avoid the poor nutritional habits that, if left uncorrected, can develop into a host of maladies, from cardiovascular disease to obesity, depression and diabetes.
