• American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM) - A professional organization that supports HIV practitioners. Offers professional certification testing for HIV-focused credentials.

• Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC) - Professional organization for nurses providing HIV care. Information on HIV/AIDS nursing certification (ACRN).
