About the Health Technology Center

The Health Technology Center is a no-cost service that provides in-person, 1-on-1 technology support to our patients and visitors. We support patients and visitors with their individualized technology needs so that providers and clinic staff can focus on health care.

Services offered include:

  • Patient education around health technology tools (digital health literacy)

  • MyChart support (enrollment, password reset, navigation support, etc.)

  • Assistance with other health applications, including UW Health Nexus, Apple Health, Android Health, Kardia, Headspace, Calm, GoodRx and MyFitnessPal.

  • Device UV sanitation
